Important
TRU dishes may contain or come into contact with allergens, including cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin and molluscs. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Before you order
Tell us clearly about your allergy or dietary requirement and ask for the current location-specific allergen information. Do not rely on the website menu, product photographs or previous visits alone, as recipes, suppliers and preparation methods can change.
Vegetarian and plant-led dishes
“Vegetarian” and similar labels describe recipe intent, not a guarantee of suitability for every dietary need. Cross-contact can occur during preparation. Ask the team if you need a particular ingredient avoided.
Future online ordering
Before online ordering goes live, TRU will provide the required allergen information during the ordering journey and with the food supplied. Until then, the team is the only source of confirmed, current location information.
