TRU locations may be operated by franchise partners. The business identified at checkout or in your order confirmation is responsible for handling your location order. Contact that location about order-related information. The ordering service has additional privacy information about checkout, payments and order management.
What information is involved
- Enquiries: your email address, name if supplied, message and any attachments you send us.
- Business discussions: contact details and information you share about a venue, property or potential partnership.
- Website delivery: our hosting and security services may process information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser type and request time to deliver and protect the website.
Menu choices made in a dish popup stay in the current page. This website does not have its own customer account, payment form or newsletter signup. Please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

An enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. If we introduce a mailing list or optional tracking, we will update the relevant information and obtain consent where required.
How long information is kept
General enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to respond and follow up, normally no longer than 12 months after the enquiry closes. Information forming part of a contract, dispute or required business record may need to be kept longer for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.
Technical records are handled under the relevant hosting and security provider’s retention arrangements. The site does not store a persistent meal list on your device.
